What our patients say:
"Dr. El-Azeem &
Staff, There are not enough words to thank you for taking
such great care of our girls and myself. The kindness and
compassion from everyone was very comforting when we needed
it most. Now, we have 2 beautiful baby girls in our lives.
We are truly blessed and could not have done it without
your care. Thank you for all that you do and bringing our
girls into the world and into our lives."
April, Michael,
Sophia & Ella.
"Dr.
El-Azeem, I have been meaning to write this card ever since
the day Brooke was born, but I have been struggling to find
“just the right words” to truly express our
gratitude to you. Unfortunately, over the past several months,
I have come to realize that there are no words which can
even come close to expressing how truly thankful and grateful
we are to you for everything that you have done for us.
I am very lucky and fortunate to have had you as my doctor,
and had it not been for your wonderful and exceptional care,
we may not have been blessed with the “healthy”
and beautiful baby girl which we have today. Our little
angel is now 4 months old and thriving-and we owe it all
to you. Even though there are no words to adequately express
our heartfelt thanks, I hope that you know how deeply grateful
we really are to you. Thank you again for everything that
you have done for us, and may you and your family has a
healthy and blessed new year!"
Karen,
Kevin & Brooke P.
"Dr.
El-Azeem, Words cannot describe how extremely grateful we
are to you for all you did for our family. You and you alone
were so instrumental in saving our son’s life. Without
you, there would be no him. Thank you for being such a dedicated
physician, without your expertise, Michael would not be
here with us today."
